Reporting to the Technical Director, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in the design and testing of power electronic circuits. Working within a small team, you will take a project from initial specification through the prototype manufacture, test and validation.

Due to ongoing expansion we require a Test and Development engineer. Reporting to the Technical Director, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a test environment, although graduates with relevant qualifications will be considered. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for the operation of the companies bespoke motor test facility. This will involve ensuring that the data logging system is properly calibrated, and specifying test methodologies to ensure accurate results. You will be responsible for validation of the companies electric motors prior to supply to the customer. You will also be involved in the development process for new motor development.
